| Carefree at a Glance
In the 1950's, visionary entrepreneurs K.T Palmer and Tom Darlington, formed a partnership and acquired the (then) desolate land that is (now) known as Carefree.
SkyRanch Airport and the Desert Forest Golf Club opened in the 1960's as the first shops and restaurants were constructed and business commenced within the Carefree Town Center.
In the 1970's, Carefree homes totaled a mere 300. Many of the roads in and around Carefree were just now being paved.
Carefree incorporated as a Town in the 1980's and gained popularity with affluent people around the globe who were attracted by the beautiful views and "carefree" lifestyle.
In the 1990's, the population of Carefree increased to over 2,500 residents.
Today, Carefree is home to over 4,000 residents. The renovated Town Center Gardens and Amphitheater hold numerous community concerts and social events such as world class art shows throughout the year. Carefree celebrates 50 years of history and 25 years of incorporation.
The size and stature of many Carefree homes can be quite intimidating to the average Home Inspector. Quite often, innovative and unconventional construction methods are necessary to nestle these majestic homes in and around the boulders of this region.
Most home inspectors are also unfamiliar with several systems and components that are often found in homes of this magnitude. Sauna's, steam rooms, built in cappuccino machines, wine cellars, elevators and many more are routinely dismissed by typical home inspectors as "not in my scope of work".
Fortunately, White Glove Home Inspections has a much higher standard. Your White Glove Inspector was involved in building these types of homes for much of his career and is not threatened by alternative methods and unusual components or systems.
As always, every White Glove Home Inspection addresses every component and system on the property. Diligence is what makes White Glove Home Inspections the best value for your inspection dollar.
