Today we had our home inspection with Al Silva. We met up with Al at the house a couple hours after he had arrived. Al was very friendly and personable and answered all of our questions. This is our first home buying experience and Al made the process very comfortable. He went over the few things in the home that needed to be replaced, but also taught me a lot in the process. He made suggestions about our sprinkler systems and the plants and trees outside of our home. I felt that Al was very trust worthy and I really appreciate all of his helpful suggestions. The binder that Al provided is great. We got all of our home inspection results right then and there. Thank you for such a great experience!
